Meet our Community
ASDA Community Service Directors are devoted to creating opportunities for dental students to get involved in service within local communities and the greater Bay Area at large. We hope to encourage and help prosper the future of dentistry to weave public health and service into their daily practice. We believe sustainability is at the pinnacle of care and hope to exemplify that in the service projects we promote. We are so lucky to be able to serve our fellow dental students in this position and are excited to see what this year holds!

Blood DrivesThe US is suffering from a severe blood shortage due to the pandemic. We are reminding everyone to help out by donating blood! We're will be participating in the ASDA D11 Blood Drive. You can donate blood and possibly win a $100 amazon gift card during community service week which is Jan 17-23rd, 2022!

D11 Toothbrush DriveD11 ASDA is hosting a toothbrush drive for the month of October! All donations will be distributed to the ARC San Francisco which has been dedicated to supporting families and individuals with disabilities for 65 years. They provide various services and programs, such as life skills, career advancement, employment development, and more to help their community members. We all have tons of toothbrushes accumulated from vendor fairs and things, and if everyone just donated one, we would have hundreds to distribute to communities who could really benefit from it. |
